Privacy Policy (English)

noktamra.com is the website of นอกตำรา (Noktamra), a channel of short true-story videos, and of Noktamra Studio, a tool anyone can sign up for to make short videos and post them to their own accounts.

Visitors are not tracked: no analytics or advertising cookies; the server may keep short-lived technical logs for security. Studio users sign up and sign in with Google (openid, email, profile); we store only their name and email and a session cookie. Each user has their own workspace; its ideas, scripts, videos, settings and connected accounts are visible only to that workspace's members, and we record who created or edited each item. Workspace admins can invite others by Google email. AI service keys a user enters (Google Gemini, OpenAI, ElevenLabs, Pixabay) are kept on our server, never sent back to the browser, and used only to call that service for that workspace; those services bill the user's own account.

Platform connections. A user may connect their own YouTube channel, TikTok account or Facebook Page to their workspace. We store the account ID, display name, profile link and access/refresh tokens on our server only; tokens are never sent to the browser. YouTube (youtube.upload, youtube.readonly) is used to read the connected channel's name and upload the user's videos; for Noktamra's own channels only, it also reads the channel's subscriber and view totals and the view counts of the videos we posted, shown on noktamra.com. TikTok (user.info.basic, video.upload, video.publish) is used to read the display name and, on the post screen, the creator's nickname, username, avatar and available privacy options, then to publish the video with the options the user chose. Facebook is used to list the Pages the account manages and publish to the chosen Page (and, for Noktamra's own Pages, read the follower count shown on noktamra.com). Every post is made by the user pressing post or by a posting schedule the user set up. We do not read or store data about viewers, followers, comments or other platform users, and we never use it for advertising or sell it. Disconnecting in Studio deletes the tokens and revokes them with Google and TikTok; access can also be removed from each platform's settings.

Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements; YouTube API Services are subject to the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy. TikTok use is subject to the TikTok Privacy Policy. When a user asks, the topics, script text and image search terms they entered are sent with their own keys to Google Gemini or OpenAI, ElevenLabs (AI voice-over), Pixabay and Wikimedia Commons. We never sell or share personal data.

Deletion. In Studio under Account and workspace, an admin can delete a workspace (its ideas, videos, files, settings, keys and connections are deleted and platform access is revoked), and any user can delete their account, which also deletes workspaces where they are the only member. Videos already posted stay on the platform until removed there. Requests for access or deletion can also be sent to [email protected]; we respond within 30 days. Google users can revoke access at myaccount.google.com/permissions; TikTok users under Settings and privacy → Security and permissions → Apps and services; Facebook users under Settings → Apps and Websites.
