By using noktamra.com, watching Noktamra content or using Noktamra Studio you agree to these terms. Content is for education and entertainment; we fact-check against sources but make no warranty of completeness, and corrections can be sent to [email protected].
Our name, logo, scripts, voice-overs and videos belong to Noktamra and may not be republished or used commercially without permission; sharing links is welcome. Stock footage is used under the Pixabay license, Wikimedia Commons images under each image's license with credit in the video description, and music is CC0. Voice-overs are made with AI (ElevenLabs) and videos carry each platform's AI-generated content label.
Viewing on YouTube, TikTok and Facebook is governed by each platform's terms, including the YouTube Terms of Service, the TikTok Terms of Service and the Facebook Terms.
Noktamra Studio is a free tool anyone can sign up for with Google to write, voice, edit and post short videos to their own YouTube channel, TikTok account or Facebook Page; it is also covered by our Privacy Policy. You keep your Google account secure; workspace admins decide who joins their team. AI and image services run on keys you supply, so their costs, quotas and terms are yours. What you create and post is yours and your responsibility: review it before posting, hold the rights to anything you add, follow each platform's rules and label AI-generated content as they require. Do not use Studio for unlawful, deceptive, infringing, spam or impersonating content, to post to accounts you do not manage, or to access other workspaces or disrupt the service. Renders per workspace are limited and posting is subject to platform quotas. Studio is provided as is and may change or stop; we may suspend or remove accounts that break these terms. You can delete your workspace or account at any time under Account and workspace.
We are not liable for any loss arising from use of the content, from what users create or post with Studio, from charges by services users connect, or from external sites we link to. We may update these terms by updating this page. These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand.
